I have been playing a release from funbox inc. for a while now and have had almost no interaction with management. Sect.com is an online game, and these have grown in popularity since Facebook introduced them en mass. As usual, you should spend money to get some nifty items etc. I have done that already.

Then, I decided to use the associated forums that go along with the game. I replied to a thread on the forum site and was subsequently banned for 'spamming' the forum website. I posted to a link in the 'Off topic' section of the forum. Instead of being told why I was banned when I subsequently asked, I was told that the problem would be fixed as it was probably a mistake. That was around four days ago. After sending another two emails querying the process and attempting to find out what was happening, I've had no reply. The problem remains.

An inability to get around to my complaint or my problem has left me seething, as although this is only a game I had spent real money on it. I don't see how I should be brushed aside and left frustrated. I don't understand why I was banned, as my replies in the threads were not hostile nor did I make any defamatory remarks.

I am seriously contemplating deleting my account!
