I bought a belly button piercing as a present for my girlfriend. Delivery was slow and Item was not received in time for her birthday. Communication was poor when I flagged it to them. I will not be using them again for any piercing products!

I bought products from website: http://www.funkypiercings.com and have still not received them one month on from purchasing them. I contacted the company three times and have not had a single reply. The only form of communication which can be made is via email, which is extremely convenient for them. And to make matters worse they have already taken my money. This website is diabolical and people should be cautious if they are buying from them as if you don't receive your purchase they will still take your money, and ignore any correspondence that you make in trying to rectify the matter.
