I read everything on their website before I agreed to join. I do not have internet, and their site said that internet was not needed... it could be downloaded using text messaging. I never saw a "test" before you buy. It has been 2 weeks now, and I cannot get the service to work on my phone. I have emailed them about 7 times and finally got a response after a week. They had all kinds of suggestions...I tried them all. Now they want me to buy a USB cable to download to my computer and then to my phone. I have told them over and over that I do not have internet access. They actually refunded the money then added it back. It's not a lot of money, but it is the principle. I have told them to either refund my money or show me how to access using my text messaging, but they just keep telling me to do other things...never use them.
