Ordered a couch from Furniture & Etc, upgraded the fabric. Within weeks of couch delivery, found fabric flaws all over couch. Complained to company, no response. Ultimately, brought all cushions in to point out problem. Obviously, couldn't bring in entire couch to show the unusual wear on all parts of couch.
Owner sent cushions to couch maker, who showed to fabric maker. Despite, evidence to the contrary, they blamed my 8 lb dog. Owner re-covered cushions without my permission and charged me $50. I paid the money just so I wouldn't have to sit on a cushion-less couch any longer. The cushions were wrapped in a plastic bag, when I took them out, what a surprise, more fabric flaws. Obviously, my dog can't be responsible for fabric flaws when the cushions had just been recovered. Store's owner was not helpful, wouldn't rectify the problem and was downright belligerent.
