Fused to Move was founded to create an inner city haven for busy city folk to reconnect and find inner space! Our small intimate space is the perfect place for new and seasoned practitioners to move their bodies, and take time out to improve their practice. All Fused to Move classes are 45 minutes long and do cater for the time conscious practitioner that needs their daily dose of yoga in and around their hectic schedule. Our classes are a daily reminder to our members and guests that we must become present in our physical bodies if we are to live a life of longevity. That is being pain free in the body, seeking balance in our mind and connecting with ourselves on and off the mat.
