I n ordered product on trial basis I called to cancell any future orders I have not recieved any more until today 6-10-09 I called to speake with service and was told i wasn't able to return this product. she stated her name was crystal and I explained I had called and had not recieved any deliveries until today. i did not keep any numbers and she said I could not retun this package they do not credit. I told her I had already cancelled and had 2 bottles left they broke me out I was allegergic. so sence I had not had any further problems I was not paying for this I would retun it her responce was well good luck with that you don't have a number. I asked to speak to supervisor She said she was the manager and ther was no one else to speak to gave me a new number and hung up. I don't feel this is good buisness and actually feel like I am being forced to continue to pay for something I have not recieved for quite sometime and cancelled I don't like being stold from and that is what I feel is happening I want them to take their product and creit my account and don't try to slide any morfe past me.
