DO NOT!! GIVE HIM A HALF DOWN DEPOSIT FOR A WEBSITE OR LOGO OR GRAPHIC OR SEO OR ANYTHING HE WILL RUN WITH YOUR MONEY..YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN! I have read numerous reports in Colorado and other cities and states in the US..Well now he has made it to NC and I am the SECOND person he has scammed in North Carolina-- DO NOT TRUST HIM!
