Seven days after delivery I realized there was a chip and peeling of the furniture frame. I contacted the saleman Mr. Demitry from whom I purchased the furniture, he reply by accusing me of damaging the furniture, and I would have to pay a $25.00 delivery fee to replace the damaged item I agree to pay, which was to be delivered on November 19; 2004 upon delivery the replace part was also damaged.
