Dear Sir, i was supposed to travel to Goa, India from Doha Qatar by Qatar airways on 2nd November 2010 at 9.30pm flight no:QR 224 air bus A321 but unfortunately due to over booking by qatar airways caused to me a very big problem for traveling.I was present at airport on that same day 2 and half hour before departure.At Boarding pass issuing counter Qatar airways staff told me flight is full.Is it FAIR??? I had done booking 3 months before with seat no:14A confirmed.This counter staff were least bothered about their customer.Since i had to reach for some special occasion on next day in GOA i have requested to one of their superior ground staff for arranging me ticket by any other flight in that night and he helped me after very long hours.For which i could not do any shopping at airport and i have lost my precious 4 additional hours.Waiting for your valuable reply.Thanking you
