I purchased a HP laptop at Future Shop. Within the first year it fail to turn on and was overheating. The store tells me that it is quicker if I called HP myself and had the courier pick it up and deliver it. I waited a few days and got the laptop back and it still wasn't working. I had to send it back a couple of more times before it was fixed. I am still having problems and very poor customer service.
