we were sold a holiday by the above company they said it was a 4star hotel all inclusive .when we arrived at the hotel i was amazed to find it was a block of flats and only rated 2star the food was slops.my wife and i had to eat out every day.in the hole to weeks of sheer hell we spent 400 pound on food. the beds were only change once in to weeks there was no bathroom cleaning in the whole 2 weeks .it was a holiday from hell we were given all the wrong data on this hotel.we were glad to get home so i dont know if u could help us to get any of our money back
