Haven't received refund

Ordered the free trial offer. Before I recevied my product the free trial period was over and I was charged $88.97 for another month's worth of product. I called to complain but of course I didn't call within the 15 day trial period. DUH! I argued with them and told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. They said I could have my refund. That was 20 days ago. I called again today. They're still processing my refund. Never again.

Unauthorized charges/fraud

I ordered the free sample like most on here, however after not ever recieving my free sample after 10 days I researched Acai Berry scams on the internet and saw how everyone was being charged $80 for the product when it was supposed to be free samples. I then tried to find thier number, eventually found it, and called it multiple times daily to cancel before this ammount was taken from my account. Like many others, I was too late and was charged this ammount unfairly becuase they clearly state you have a time period to cancel... Yeah, if you can get ahold of them. This is bad business practice, avoid at all costs.
