As MANY folks on here, I have also been a victim of unathorized/fraudulant charges of $87.13 (plus some)to my account via FWM. I intially did order a trial size (12-30) for the Acai and recieved the product and additional Life Cleanse about a week later (1/4/2008)(which I did not order). I was at that time they charged just the s/h fee of $3.95 twice ( I guess due to the extra bottle). PLUS a 0.03 cents for international fee (Florida is international now???). I CANCELLED the product ( at least I THOUGHT so) BUT...About a week after that, I see 2 pending charges of $87.13!!! After freaking out...I immediately contacted the company at the above number and was on hold for 25mins before a useless Rep. came on to give me a confirmation and refund# ONLY after a bit of arguing. Also, told me that my account was cancelled and that I would recieve a credit confirmation via email within 24-48hours. I then contacted my bank and had my card cancelled (THANK GOD after reading some the other complaints). I also made them aware of this company and wanted to see if I could have a stop payment on the above amounts. But, was unable to since it was via my sharechk card. My bank rep. told me to wait the the 24-48 hours to see if they applied the credit but charges have since been applied to my account. With an additonal inter fee. .70 x 2 (Florida...International???)!!! Grrrr! I contacted the company AGAIN, waited 15 mins, spoke to another foreign Rep. to tell me that my confirmation & credit ## do not exist, I firmly stated what WILL and BETTER happen she transfered me to a Manager. Well, sort of..I stayed on hold for 30mins and got disconnected. *GRUMBLE...GRUMBLE* I have since gone back to my bank and filed FRAUDULANT charges against the company. You will also notice you can't find their website now... Interesting! I have learned a valued lesson from this but I hope all of us could be grouped together to bring a lawsuit against this company. If anyone knows how we can do this...PLEASE ADVISE!! I am sure a lot of us would LOVE to end this scam!!!
