I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry detox pills for $3.95, which was for shipping and handling. I never received the free sample in the mail but did not bother to call about it because it was only $3.95.3 weeks later I was charged $87.13, I called in and the rep said that was the fee for having a active subscription which I knew nothing about.I asked for a refund, I was given a confirmation number and told it would take 7=10 business days for my money to be credited back to my account.It has been 2 weeks 10 business days since I made the request and still no money has been given back.I haved called in numerous times and told thet it's a bank to bank process so may take a while.I am upset, the company has gotten over on me and they know that this is a scam they are doing.When I ordered online there was not a terms and conditions page like on the official website, I ordered from a pop-up.BEWARE IT IS A SCAM.
