I was charged the $3.95 shipping charge and before my trial period was up I was charged an additional $87.13. I have called the company several times, only to be out on hold at least an hour before hanging up and trying again. This obviously isn't legal, but what can I do. I have been told that my account would be credited, but this hasn't happened and it's been over a week.
