sir,

i am in big trouble because of airtel.

i purchased one fwp phone three years back. i recharged it after every 6 monts by 1100 recharge voucher. i get 6 months validity and 980 talk time.

but this time my phone show validity of 14 july 2009 so i have to recharge it on 14.

i try to recharge it but the recharge is not succesfull on my number.

from that day i regularly try to recharge it but the recharge not get successfull.

when i am reachin airtell office and ask abt this problem they said that ur gracing period is expire.

but sir u tell me that how it is possible when the validity is till 14 july, so i should get the gracing period of 15 days after 14 july.but they said that gracing period is including in 14 july .

sir i am unable to understand if gracing period is include in 14 july how i am call from that phone till 14 july .

even no message is given by airtell that u are in gracing period.

sir i have faith on airtel but this time i am in trouble due to this

my phone contain 505 ruppes

sir please help me and plz check why it is happened.
