I have a GE washer that is not even a year old. We called for service on the warranty and waited 10 days for someone to come out just to tell us we needed three new parts and it would be another ten days before the parts would be in. A repairman came out once the parts got here to tell us one more time that now the machine needed a motor. Again seven more days for the part and 3 days for an appt. The tech came and put in the motor the machine still is not working and now we have to once again wait for a tech to be sceduled. This has been over thirty days and the problem is not resolved. I called the corporate office to get the same scripted answers it is clear that sears who contracts their service department with A & E dispite numourous complaints does not care about their customers. I will never buy another things from them. I don't think customer service should be a thing of the past. They can simply replace their machine with a new one since ours is less than a year old. If you are reading this complaint you must have one too. DO NOT BUY FROM ANYONE WHO CONTRACTS WITH A & E !!!
