I work in the medical field and Im part of a business office that files claim to the GDOL and I have never had a problem with them before today. I called in to check on a claim that was sumited and the adjuster hung up on me. Then I called back and spoke with another adjuster she stated that they couldn’t speak with me about claims. I calmly explained to the rep that in the 3 yrs that I had been contacting them this was the first time I had ever heard about this. Once I told her that she hung up on me!! I finally contact the adjusters supervisor and she screamed at me that I could not just call her about this kind of situation I then got my supervisor on the line and she began to scream at my boss about how I shouldn’t have called her. I have never delt with a more unprofessional company in my life.
To the GDOL you can kiss my ass and go to HELL!!!
