I saw the "Express Readi-set-go" advertised on TV and ordered one from "Express Readi-Set-Go, Dept. OM35H, P.O. Box 856, Silview, Delaware, 19903-0865. I received it August 2009 from Gaiam, 5455 West Chester Rd, West Chester, OH, 45069. I was cooking chicken in it and it popped loud and the red cooker cracked on top. I packed it in the same box I recived it in, and asked for an exchange. On 4-30-2010 I shipped it back to Gaiam, 5455 West Chester, OH, 45069. At the USPS I asked for a "Delivery Confirmation" receipt. The package was delivered on May 03, 2010 in West Chester, OH 45069. I have not heard back from them.
