I noticed a pendind charge on my account that I did not authorize. I called my bank to see if there was any info on this company. They said there was no number or address for this company. I had to cancel my card and get a new one and file a complaint with my bank. They are going to reverse the charges and they are investigating. Your banks are not at fault. Visa is the one that is authorizing these charges. My problem is that this is the second time this has happened to me but, with a different so called company. Visa needs better security for their customers. Im going back to checks. I never had problems with them. KEEP A CLOSE WATCH ON YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!
