They billed my credit card prior to the cancellation trial period. When I tried to cancel they would not do it unless I got a confirmation No. and went into their web site to cancel. My computer was down and I had to go to another computer to cancel and get the charge off my credit card. Also, I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I could get a hold of a representative to get the confirmation number to cancel at their website.
