The sales manager at Galpin Volvo (Jeremy Guller) leased a new car to an 87 year old woman with dementia who can barely walk a brand new car. When I found out about it I called and explained to him that not only does she have Alzheimer's, no current license and no insurance, but she can barely walk, let alone drive. Here I do the responsible thing by getting my mother-in-law off the streets (which took numerous calls to the DMV, Sherrif and her doctor) when we realized she was no longer safe to drive and this guy sets her loose on the roads! Just had to vent. And yes, she did sign the lease contract so I guess we are stuck with the worst deal in town. This guy is unethical and I strngly recommend take your busienss to a more responsible dealer.
