This company has just sent me a second "Attempt To Collect a Debt" letter and never validated the first one. I originally received the first letter 2 years ago and sent my validation reqest letter via certified mail . They never validated the debt and several other companies have tried to collect on it since. Today, I received the second letter from this company...can they legally attempt to collect again without ever validating the alleged debt?
