I purchased the Gambler King size cigarette making machine in early Nov., 2010. I was told to hang on to the receipt in case it breaks or I have any trouble. After about 2 weeks the arm mechanism inside broke and when I took it back to where I purchased the product I was told they could not refund or exchange the product, that I would have to mail it in and pay for the product to be fixed. I dont think one should have to pay for something twice, which is what it would come close to in price if i mailed it in, purchased the replacement part, then had to pay for shipping the product back. I know 24.95 plus tax isnt alot to many, but I do believe that if I am going to pay for the luxury of saving money in the long run that the product should be of better quality and that if there is a problem, I can exchange it where I purchased it,
