my name is jennifer of new bedford, mass. and my complaint is that eventhough i enjoy using your product, i am noticing that the quantity of the tabacco on a 6 ounce bag no longer covers a carton like it use to. I have been getting less than 1 carton for a long time now and it is unfair to the consumers such as myself to purchase a produce that you are not getting your moneys worth out of. And also at the same time the quality of the produce is not sufficiant enough due to the fact that a lot of the "tabacoo" that is left in the bag is either twigs or "shake" (tabacco dust) which does not go well when you are rolling them or trying to smoke the rolled ciggarettes. And further more as far as the menthol tubes, I understand that they are menthol but the menthol over powers the whole point of smoking it. what I am asking is that you should listen to the consumer before you try to cut corners or you will lose your consumers.
