I ordered 6000wow gold from game4power.com, But I Never got either my gold or my refund.
I asked for either my gold or my refund, everytime their customer service representive said their manager will deal with it in 24 hours.
they are totally thives, and i will take actions to get my money back .also I will never do business with them again because:

Their customer service is abominable.. They don't deliver items or give refund.
They can't speak English. They spam a lot. Their ads are misleading and totally bullshit!
They treat their customers like idiots.
