On the 01 November 2007 I had purchased a PS3 from Gamestores.
3 days later I had returned it as the product was not to my satisfaction.
I was assured that the funds would be credited back to my credit card but it has been over +- 2years that it has not been credited.
I was gullable and didn't think anything and assumed the money would be put back to the card.On checking my statement recently as far back as 2 years ago I have noticed that no credit had been made even though the product has been returned.
I need my money back and I am willing to provide my bank statememt.
I do not have any kind of record of the return from GamesStores as it is so far back but I know they should have a record of it on system.
I need my money and will await feedback
