Some of my friends find it annoying, but I have a habit of nitpicking the smallest things sometimes. However, when I gave this particular garage door company a call regarding the broken spring of my door, the contractor who came over gave me absolutely no reason to complain. Everything the contractor did was spot on and I really have to hand it to them!
