Very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the business, they presented the pros and cons of each door type as well as that of different garage door opener types and brands helping me make a wise decision on the right one that fits our needs.

I called this garage door company and there was no answer. I left a message informing them that I was their customer a year ago and now I wanted their service for a garage door replacement. They called back after 15 minutes and told me how sorry they were for not picking up the phone. It was not an issue for me but I appreciated their sincerity.
