I purchased a garbage disposal and a service contract to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. The service man did half the job and said the wiring was in bad shape and it should be looked by a electrical repair person. He said that this report would be turned into the Sears repair service and the will call me and tell me what they are going to do. I received no call. I call back and tje lady who answered said no one turned in such a report and she would talk to the repairman and call me back, however if no one does not call back I should call them (Sears). No call. Two days later I call them back and got a supervisor and he told me that He would check it out. I told him that no one call me back, and I hope he would. He said that he would come to my home and look the problem over and that he would call me right back to set up a time. No call. It has been 2 days, How many times must I call.
