i had to buy several different parts at different times during a months time.the sales people were uninterested in helping me to begin with. i had the model number of the mower and part numbers that i needed . twice the sales lady gave me the wrong parts. one i returned with the reciept and the other i wanted to exchange for the correct part . she rudely put the wrong part back in the sack and said "no reciept no return'. i had been in there several times. she knew she sold me the part. i will never buy a sears product again! several products in my home are sears products. i always thought they were the best. i no longer think the hastle is worth it!
