Hi, My name it B.Thanam, i have apply credit card under your citibank bank, but the card have been approved on 22 Oct 2008, But until now i havent received your card, as well i already call and ask three times, but your customer service given the same answer that their will be change for new card, this is third time their saying like this, Anywhere i need urgenthly the card, so can u please check for me Pls reply to me as soon as possbile,
