The company wrongfully advertised a product for sale at £0 + £8 P&P, they took the £8P&P but they haven't sent me the product. They won't reply to any emails or letters. Eventually they refunded the P&P but refuse to reply or comment whether they are going to honour the sale! Either a yes or no would be nice, but they have decided to stick there head in the sand!
