For the same position the Company is hiring new staff and terminating the old staff, i have never seen this type of unhumanitarian work in my whole life specially when there is recession, the company even did not give notice for termination. sALES mANAGER is filipino she hired all flipino lady and Dept. manager likes only girls.
I dont think the company management are blind.
