The manager tried telling me you could get that in a phonebook and after 15 mins of arguing with me about it, he said he would "look into it". His name is Sean. We shall see. I'll never buy from them again. Did I mention it was a 55 minute conversation? 20 of which was actually on the phone with unhelpful customer service.
