I called Garra in February of 2006 and explained to him that I had 2 floppy drives on my computer and only one was hooked up. I told him my son built the computer but did not know how to make 2 floppy drives work. Garra told me it was real easy to fix by doing a daisy chain. He came out to my house and figured out that he could not do a daily chain without a particular part. He told me he would come back with the part. I gave him $50 and he left. He never came back with the part. I talked to him several times with him replying "the part is on order." He eventually told me he could not get the part. Then he told me that something to do with the "bios" was going to be changed by the manufacturer and he could update my "bios." This never happened. When I asked for my money back (around August) he said he would send me a check. I never got a check. I never got my computer fixed and I have not heard back from Garra since then.
