We also didn't receive any refund an followed exact directions -so we thought until we saw some complaint about it having to be exctly $20. What??? You never explained what we did wrong but gave us a "pat on the back" (like a child) to again. I have read all other complaints and feel you should be reported to the Better Business Bureau which is where I will go. I also contacted Split Rock Lodge about the miserable time-share promotion. We were scammed!
