This company called me after I bought a product I saw on Tv, online.They called me to tell me my Instyler was on its way and they went on through their speech, with me telling them I wasn't interested several times.
The next thing I know they switch me over to the supervisor who tells me to enjoy the $40.oo in free gas vouchers and that I could cancel at anytime.Needless to say, I had 3 charges on my cc -$1-$1-$29.95 I cancelled easily though because when I checked my credit card account, the telephone #'s of all 3 companies was there with the charge.I never got the paperwork from them and it had been weeks, which I think they do that intentionally.It took about 3wks but I cancelled as soon as I saw all the charges.I just happened to look this up to see if indeed there were any gas vouchers and my guess was right.I don't know how, when you make a purchase with one company, that they can legally give them your credit info, to any company. I wish everyone good luck in getting their situation straightened out, hopefully your cc company can be of some assistance.
