I ordered a futon in Sept to be delivered on October 22. When It did not arrive, I tried to contact Gately. I had could not reach them. I was in South Lake Tahoe at our vacation home, trying to set it up to rent out. When I returned to Tucson (our home), I had received a bill (dated Oct 8, 2007) for the futon that I did not receive. I again tried to call & get on their website & failed. I called Bill me later, the company that referred me to Gately & they informed me that Gately (futonsstores had filed bankruptcy). I was told to send a complaint form to bill me later. I did that (about Nove3, 2007) & received nothing from them. I call bill me later about 2 weeks later & they said not to worry, it would be removed from my account. So, I did nothing & now I received a bill in February at which time I call the company again & they said to write a letter. I did that & just received a letter saying that I did not file a complaint in the proper time frame.
