I ordered a bounce house from this company in early June, they took my money, charged my account and never delivered the product!!! They told me it was on backorder so when I tried to call the company as they had suggested I could never get through to an actual person. I sent voice mails, emails and no reply. Never again will I do business with this company. Thank God Visa is there to help you out when you need it.
