I ordered a dining room set on Sept. 1, 2007 and never received my merchandise. My card was charged alright but after almost two months of calling and e-mailing I've gotten no correspondence back. Finally, I received an e-mail from the company that my order was canceled and I should expect a full refund. That was three weeks ago and I've contacted my visa card company and thankfully they're going to refund my money... not Gately's Family of Fraud stores!!! I hope they put them all in jail. This is the dirtiest slimy crime I can think of. Everyone thats been taken by this company should take the time to file a complaint, those who haven't yet dealt with Gately's DON'T!! Stay far away from this company.

Someone should report this to the media outlets, its a disgrace!!
