I bought three Gateway 3200Xl desktops as gifts for my children in November 2004. During the last three months, all three computers quit working and were diagnosed as defective motherboards. one had a bad power supply, which I replaced with a new one, but it didn't help. Have spending hours trying to get someone to talk to (which you can't without being charged), I had to email my problem to someone in India which in return only stated that they were out of warrenty and it was my problem. It's funny that all three computers have the same problem at the same time and they do not think it to be a product defect of some kind. Beware of what you buy!! Gateway will never see any of my money again!
