i was charged $20. per mo. for 3 mos. for these premium text messages i never subscribed to . since i have automatic withdrawal for my cell phone i never caught on right away. is there any way to start a class action law suit against these scammers? i know there are many people that they have done this to, judging by the complaints i have seen.
