“not filing a claim timely” seems to be a common scam for Guardsman. They mailed me one excuse than told Haverty Furniture another. Looks like Haverty’s Furniture is also on the scam. They sold me the warranty then later said that I should not have been sold the warranty on a floor model. Thieves !!! Please avoid them BOTH.
