The technical support department act like they cannot be bothered to answer your questions, but the real cause is that they do not know the answer. You can tell that they are flipping through a book to try to find the answer. When this does not work they put you on hold over and over, probably hoping you will hang up. I received correspondence from Allan Borczak and called him with a question, his response was unbelievable! He said, "Your unnecessary phone call to me could have been avoided if you had bothered to gone on the website and look for the answer." So be aware of what you are getting into before you purchase this software and are tied to this rude company for technical support.
