We rented a car for a week from Hertz at the Manchester Airport. When we returned the car we filled it with petrol at the gas station at the airport. We drove out of the station and into the car park where we returned the car. The attendant said that the car wasn't completely full of gas, the needle wasn't right over the full mark so he would have to charge us 21.00 pounds for fuel. We didn't have any choice but to pay as we were catching a flight, it was a Sunday and no one else around to complain to. We will never rent from Hertz again, they are a very dishonest company. After reading all the complaints about them I will watch my credit card carefully for any other charges.
