This is the second time i have had money taken from my account and no one can tell me why this matter i thought was taken care of the last time they did this. And told me it would not happen again. This has cause my acct to be overdrawn again for the second time, i only keep enough to last me till next payday and they took over what i had in the bank. I am changing my acct tomorrow but really need my money back. Please help me somehow.
