I had my ICT exam today in KSA, Jeddah, Manarat Girls' School (IGCSE). I encountered some problems with the computer they assigned me, for it stopped responding every once in a while, wouldn't print, and wouldn't send the email. I informed the invigilators, and they let me use another computer, after wasting a lot of my examination time. I managed to finish everything, but I didn't have time to print 2 of the required documents, the "report" and the "labels", which are worth a whole lot of marks. And I've got to mention that 2 other candidates who probably faced similar problems were given some extra time, me excluded! Now I get to lose points that I fully deserve receiving for no reason!

When I called the supervisor right after the exam, she said she can't do anything about the printing issue, but can only send a report concerning the problem I had with emailing, since that was what she witnessed. She also told me to write a complaint to Nidaa Abbas and see if there will be any positive response. But I don't know how to contact her.

Please look into this problem and inform me as soon as possible. I would appreciate lessening the deuction of marks from me, or just a way to contact Nidaa Abbas or the British Council directly. Thank you!
