On 8/3/08 I ordered free samples and was to pay shipping. I expected to Pay $21.81. That was three charges of $3.97 and two charges of $4.95. I did receive 10 tablets of PureAcari Berry, UltimaHoodia, Green Tea Desire, and Pure Colon. Of course all of these were received in separate packaging. A few days later I got UltraRelief. So I'm assuming these are the free samples.

What appeared on my account was charges for the $21.81 which I expected to pay and on 8/12 my account was charged for $74.95 and on 8/21 there were 4 charges for 29.95. That is a total of $194.75 in unauthorized charges. I have received 4 more shipments one which I have opened it is the PureAcai Berry, I have not opened and do not intend to open the other 3. I will be happy to send back the last 4 shipments at your expense.


I want my account credit for $194.95. If this doesn't happen in 1 week from the date of this e-mail. That is by Sept 1, 2008, I will be taking action by contacting the Better Business Bureau and/or the Attorney General's Office.
