The company came out to fix two torsion springs that broke and charged us 496.55. The invoice only states that " 2 Springs adjusted". There was no breakdown as to what we were being charged for. As a women, I did not question the repair man of the cost and would have no idea at the time what a torsion spring would run for. After searching online, I find that they run approximately 39.99 to 59.99 each. My husband then called the company to have the breakdown of what we were charged for and after being transfered to 3 different people, the "owner" Anthony was extremely rude and would not give my husband the cost of the springs or labor. We even supplied him the the type of spring and he refused to give us the information. After looking into this company with the BBB, I have discovered that they are horrible. They received an "F" rating from the BBB and are not accreditied with the BBB. Do not go with this company!!! Being charged $496 for 1/2 hour of labor and two springs is outragious!
